Embroidery requires a specific stich file in order to sew. 

Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment. Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized. Contact us and we can help you if you do not have an embroidery file.

There are NO minimums on embroidery. Screen printing does however have minimums due to a more complex setup proceedure. We can always discuss multiple options with you if you are unsure.

Yes we can.

These are good options when dealing with small runs that may require special colours or materials (metallics, sparkle, twill, hi-Vis etc). We try and advise our customers on all options so you may make the best decision for your needs.

Like anything, it depends on quantity, item availablity, and in some cases time of year. The best thing to do is call us and we can give you an exact turnaround. In most cases we can help meet your deadlines.

In short, YES.

Most customers assume this is a way to save, however we can often provide a more cost effective solution in most cases. If you still wish to provide your own ( sometimes this is necessary) we will quote on the job AFTER inspecting the garment.
